Abolishment of the annual fee (€350) from the year 2024 onwards

We would like to inform you that on 21 March 2024, the Department of the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property (the “Registrar”) announced that according to the Companies (Amendment) Law 2024, L.25(I)/2024, which was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic on 15 March 2024, the annual fee for companies registered in the Register of the Registrar of Companies is abolished from 2024 onwards. It is further noted that the obligation to pay the annual fees for the years from 2011 to 2023 continues to apply.
